how do you change the admin password?

I was looking into using frog. I like the looks of it and would like to try it. but how do you change the default password. and while I'm asking questions, What is the "files" tab for in the admin section? it looks like a little storage area... is that all it is? a place where I can store some files while working on them or something? also am I missing somehting about the whole radiant frog way of doing things? it all just seems too easy I just add my own stylesheet in the stylesheet area, add some new pages, in the pages area... thats not how it's REALLY done is it? I mean... why would this be so easy to "theme" when somehting like wordpress even has long books and tutorials on making themes for them... bubs |

I think that this is the gold of frog (too be simple) !! and to change your admin password you have to go on user (top right) and then change your password there, add more user etc ... |
