I was wondering how can I add a graphic symbol like “>” in front of title (to be part of link)

<ul id="navsub">
<?php foreach ($this->children() as $child): ?>

<?php endforeach; ?>
</ul>

The final result should be:

<ul id="navsub">
    <li><a href="http://domain.com/page"> > Page </a></li>
</ul>
