Rubin - a new “minimal” theme for Frog

With a bit of help from a CSS guru friend (thank you!), I’ve put together a bare-bones, minimalist theme for Frog. It uses Dan Rubin’s “Absolute Columns” technique to have two equal-length columns without images or hacks (unlike the Dan Cederholm technique).
This theme is fairly, uhhh, grey! :) But the CSS is commented, and you can do what you like with it. It should also be cross-browser compatible, even including IE6 and IE5.5 (according to Browsershots, at least!) You can see the demo, and download it from my CSS Play page. Enjoy! (I hope!) Update: Rubin has moved. See the demo here and on the CSS Play page at http://testfrog.byethost10.com/css-play Since that’s just a frog playground site, not sure how long those links will work. |

Hi wreford – thanks for updating the links. The original site seemed to be the target of a DOS attack of some kind, so set up the new one. There are no plans for it to disappear! ;) |
