Upgrading comment problem 0.9.4 to 0.9.5

I take it no one else is having problems upgrading their version of frog then, just me? I’ve wanted to upgrade my installations of Frog since the stable version was released, I follow the upgrade instructions to the letter but I keep getting a blank comment tab. Turning debug mode on in config.php reveals the following:
I can’t upgrade until I figure this (and a few little quirks out) can anyone help? :( |
