Treatment of quotes in Page Titles

I noticed some laziness in the treatment of page titles … if you inlcude double quotes in your page title, they are saved in the database without problems.

But when editing your page again, they are broken:

 <input class="textbox" id="page_title" maxlength="255" name="page[title]" size="255" type="text" value="some"title"" />

I’ve not used this feature, but if this is a bug, then the place to submit it to is the issues list.
