Frog CMS

I have used tinymce v.2 many times without any issues whatsoever, but have now encountered my first.

Tinymce works perfect on my host “media temple”
but when installed on another host “glow host” the toolbar does not show up. I enabled the plugin and installed it correctly, however I cannot get the toolbar to show up when I select the plugin in the page editor window.

Any ideas?
