Problem with changing domain names

I moved to a new domain name but I’m getting a 403 Forbidden error. I changed the PUBLIC_URL in the config file and tried restarting apache but to no avail. what could be wrong? For reference, the old url still points to the same server and still somehow works. |

did you change in the .htaccess file the rewrite base ? to the good one ? |
