And here’s another addition: A client asked me to take on the maintenance of a website I designed for them a couple of years ago, but I really wasn’t enthusiastic about the work. I had found Frog CMS a few months ago, and had always been interested in Radiant CMS, so I figured I would test it out on the client (evil laugh: MWA HA HA!). The old design seemed too clunky and dark for my current aesthetics, and it had been a bit of a rushed job so it wouldn’t fit around Frog without a lot of tweaking. As a result, I put my “Work of Times Past” stomping boots on and quickly whipped up a new design (after a LOT of stomping on the old one). Minimalist and clean, but still using the design elements from their official letterhead. And they still haven’t added any content since I set it up… The current content (as of December ’08) was borrowed from their last site so I could give them an example of how to use the system. Here’s the site: Alternatives to Violence Project, Western Australia P.S. Be nice, this is my first website in over a year since I left the industry. Try disabling the stylesheet. Yes, it is intentional. And no I didn’t bother with a print stylesheet. Pure laziness for that one. |

Nice to see these sites coming on line! @robertdp: what’s to “be nice” about?! Nice clean site — what’s not to like?? :) (looks like a good “cause”, too!) |

That’s really neat robert! I like it. Very clean and I love the way the ribbon at the top and bottom is setup. The only thing I would consider is fixing (as in position: fixed;, not as if something is broken) the top and bottom ribbon and having the content scroll through the middle. It’s a suggestion, but it looks great as it is! |

Very interesting site. I didn’t even know there were alternatives to violence. Guess you learn something new every day! |

@crusnac I was curious about the .rtl file extensions too. Here’s another Frog CMS site I just finished: Gyrotonic Ann Arbor and The Movement Center |

The .rdl extention is used to keep with the rusnac.design.lab (.rdl) design brand. This can modified in the config.php – |

We just relaunched our website… moved from Wordpress to FrogCMS. I like the flexibility and simplicity of FrogCMS. Hope it won’t get bloated in the future. I’ll try to brew some FrogCMS plugins for the community soon… Feel free to subscribe to our blog. |

My first Frog powered site, for a dutch cycling committee: I’m not much of a designer but i’m pretty pleased with the result. Making use of Frog and the yaml css framework i was able to throw something together pretty quickly. Looking to add some form of photo gallery/album functionality in the future, the current plugin is nice but not really suitable for adding 100+ pic albums. |

I know it’s not a new one, but I’ve just relaunched my own It has account registration and takes advantage of the current no-split development if any one wants to try it out. The plugin for user management and all the registrations, login etc will be released soon hopefully. |

Hey all, I just signed up for the Forums after many months of browsing. I’m really delighted to be using such a great CMS. Frog is by far, the easiest, most accommodating CMS I’ve run across, keep up the great work. I’m very excited for the forthcoming 0.9.5 release. That said, I thought I’d share a few projects I’ve worked on using Frog. Enjoy. Trefethen Family Vineyards Many more to come… |

@designagents – what ricks said! It would be interesting to know how you managed the “store” section of the Trefethen site; it seems well integrated into Frog. |

My first frog site: Siverbreeze Maritime I also plan to move my current company website: Coffeemug Web Design to Frog. Special thanks to David’s post so that I have figured out how to run Frog with SQLite3. So basically this website does not need any MySQL database. Frog is a great CMS. Now for all brochure sites, I will use Frog. |
