Frog CMS

Hy everybody,
Last week I’ve started coding a new website based on FrogCMS.
Everything goes ok, but now I have to activate the Comment Plugin. I cheked the plugin in the Administration tab and refreshed. The “Comments” tab appeared (but withou the comment queue in the title “#/#”).
Now the plugin is activated but there is no drop-down list in edit-page mode so i can’t open or close the comments.
What’s wrong?
The Comment plugin is 1.2.1version on 0.9.5 FrogCMS.
