Pagination for pages at the adminpanel

If you have a lot pages (or entries if you have a blog) you’ll get a huge list of (sub)pages. If there is pagination it would be easier to manage if you have alot of pages. I’ve made a concept by editing a screenshot: http://img.wepwnyou.net/from_cms_pagination_idea.png I think this is a good idea. :) |

This has already been discussed quite extensively with Philippe and the rest of the dev team. I wasn’t present at the discussion myself but I do know that the outcome was quite definite: no pagination support for the Pages tab in the adminpanel. We do recognize however more extensive support for larger numbers of pages are desirable. One small change we are looking at is an expand all/collapse all feature. |

It’s probably best to do a conventional list of pages via a plugin on another tab… |

I think another idea (not yet completely dead, I think) was to at least offer a form of filtering in the Pages tab of the admin. You can read the earlier discussion, also see the comments on in the issue tracker. Hope that helps! |

I didn’t know it was already discussed. I should have searched the forum before I posted it. :) |
