Is there a way to make it so that users can submit a video to the site and it can be displayed on the site in categories and show who submitted it, how many times it’s been viewed, etc.? Sorta like video-hosting/sharing. |

Yes this can be done with Frog CMS, but it might be better to get use an already built solution for this. If you do have a budget i’m sure one of the Plugin developers wouldn’t mind completing this for you. |

If you’re talking about a YouTube clone, there are several scripts floating around out there… You could also use something like Drupal. Frog CMS is probably not the best choice—at this time at least—for community sites… |
