use SOAP WSDL

I’m tring to use a web service directly in a page but the template machine doens’t recognize the command. So I have tried to put the declaration in /frog/app/frontend/classes/Page.php , but nothing to do. Is there a way to call a WDSL without create a dedicated plugin ? |
